Justin Billing, CTO
A Technical Advisor at Clean Stream Fuels, Justin leverages his strong chemical engineering foundation and energy industry experience to optimize process development, from design to operations. His deep expertise in Hydrothermal Liquefaction (HTL) technology is vital to the company’s waste-to-energy advancements. Previously, Justin was the HTL Test Director at PNNL for 14 years.
Abraham Levy, Head of Business Development
Veteran entrepreneur Abraham drives market growth for Clean Stream Fuels with his history of launching and scaling multimillion-dollar businesses in Mexico and his established energy business in the USA focused on trading and direct sales. His strategic partnership approach is key.
Raphael Fink, CFO
Raphael has spent over thirty years in the private sector. First employed by Merril Lynch in 1990, Raphael prepared financial analysis, assigned value, inspected and wrote reports on over 150 businesses and real estate projects. Later Raphael started his own investment company that was engaged in structuring complex equity and debt financing for projects. In 2008, with partners, Raphael created a Green Energy company that economically dried manure into briquettes to be used as high BTU “drop-in” fuel for existing utilities burning coal for conversion to electricity.
